About Tamaracade

Tamaracade has been a gamer ever since she can remember, starting out playing on the NES as a toddler. Over the years, her love of gaming has continued to grow and she loves to play games from bygone eras. Tamaracade adores playing and collecting retro video games, having acquired some rather interesting pieces such as the worlds first games console, the Magnavox Odyssey.

Her collecting introduced her to the retro gaming community through the Snupps app in 2017. Tamaracade began to work on her Youtube Channel in 2018 and properly launched the channel on the 5th January 2019. The main focus of her channel is her comedic reviews of games and systems. This started with a review of the Sega Saturn side-scrolling platformer Clockwork Knight.

In August 2019, her channel received a boost when the fantastic Nostalgia Nerd recommended her video review of the budget 8-bit game Spikey Harold in one of his videos. The help from other Youtubers continued when, in September 2019, the sensational Neil from RMC contributed a section to Tamaracade's review on the BBC Bridge Companion. In December 2019, the legend that is DJ Slopes included Tamaracade in his 10 Awesome Gaming YouTubers Under 5K Subs video. Other awesome content creators that have helped Tamaracade out along the way include Odd Pod, Trista Bytes, Kim Justice, Top Hat Gaming Man, Lady Decade, Aravelle, Asobi Quang DX and Derek Findas. Tamaracde has also popped up in videos from Onaretrotip, RetroBreak and xHARDCOREGAMERx
